Every item at 478 Custom Design is made to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-provided personalization errors.

If your item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange an exchange or replacement to make it right.
